    Vivant products are covered with 2-year manufacturer defect warranty on authentic Vivant products only. Please contact us first by sending email to info@vivant.com and describe your problems by showing the photos or videos. Vivant customer service will help do the warranty.   • I did not receive an order confirmation.

    After you purchased successfully, the confirmation email will be automatically sent to you. Please be patient, you will receive the order confirmation as soon as your order is processed. If still cannot receive, please check whether the order amount was deducted from your account. If not, please place another order again.
  • I did not live in the US, do shipping costs a lot?

    For international shipments, taxes and duties will most likely occur at the customs.
