• What’s the difference between the VLeaF Go and the VLeaF?

  VLeaF Go has a smaller size and easier operation than VLeaF. It adds the on-demand mode that is different with VLeaF which only has a session mode. VLeaF has 5 temperature levels but VLeaF Go only has 3 temperature settings. VLeaF Go also has a replaceable ceramic heater and great mouthpiece shape design to adapt to the water pipe.

• What temperature are the 3 temperature settings?

  VLeaF Go has 3 temperature settings from low to high by LED light display. Green-low: 600℃， Yellow-medium: 625℃， Red-high: 650℃

• How to replace the ceramic heater?

  Remove the scoop assembly by twisting it counterclockwise and then take the ceramic heater out. Please remember to put the ceramic heater into the device in a right direction. For more details, please visit the VLeaF Go user manual. 

• Why the VLeaF Go flashes and cannot heat up?

  Please check if you put the ceramic heater into the device in a right direction. If not, it may cause the empty load and the device cannot work normally. If it still cannot solve the problem, please contact us directly.
